Educational Foundations

Clem's educational journey reflects his belief in the transformative power of learning. After graduating from Clayton High School, he pursued higher education with vigor and determination. Clem earned a bachelor's degree from Columbia College, where he honed his skills in critical thinking and leadership. His commitment to lifelong learning led him to the St. Louis Community College’s Boeing Pre-Employment Training Program, setting the stage for a successful career at The Boeing Company and beyond.

A Career Dedicated to Service

Clem's professional life has been characterized by a commitment to excellence and community. As a Stationary Engineer at The Phillips 66 Company, he demonstrated not only technical expertise but also a profound understanding of the importance of safety, reliability, and environmental stewardship. Clem's dedication to his work is paralleled by his commitment to public service. Serving as a State Representative for St. Louis County’s 85th district, Clem was a voice for the voiceless, championing policies that supported education, workforce development, and social justice.

During his tenure in the Missouri Legislature and as a Senior Policy Advisor for State Senator May, Clem showcased his policy acumen and legislative leadership. He played a pivotal role in the passage of significant legislation, including the College Credit Disclosure Act, which has made college more transparent and accessible for students across Missouri.
